	University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine (predecessor to Global Healthcare and Education Management, Inc.) is a degree (MD) granting medical school headquartered in New York with its basic sciences campus located on the island of Sint Eustatius. The School prepares students for the U.S. Medical Licensing Examinations and continuing medical careers in the U.S.

St. Matthew's University is a medical and veterinary school which offers MD and DVM degrees based on a U.S. curriculum. The School prepares students for the U.S. Medical Licensing Examinations and continuing medical careers in the U.S. The School is headquartered in Florida, but its basic sciences campus is located on the island of Grand Cayman.

Provant was the largest publicly-held provider of performance skills training services for corporations and governments. Through its various operating units, Provant provided industry leading training solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and governments.

Helma Institute of Massage Therapy was a federally funded vocational school for massage therapists in northern New Jersey. Helma was at the forefront of massage therapist education and has thousands of graduates working throughout the world.

NCTI is a leading third-party provider of corporate training, workforce performance tools and professional services for technicians and customer service representatives in the cable industry. Epic Partners was the exclusive financial advisor in NCTI's sale to Jones International Academy, a subsidiary of Jones International, Ltd.

ChildrenFirst Inc. provides Fortune 1000 clients with backup childcare facilities. Companies make this service available to their employees through part of their HR benefits programs. Epic Partners provided existing investors and company management with marketing and operating advice to turnaround the operations and to bring the company to profitability.

LAWYERStv

LAWYERStv provided continuing legal education delivered via digital satellite television for viewing in law firms, residences and corporate legal departments. The Company allowed lawyers to stay abreast of current trends or to gain in-depth information through top-quality content. Epic Partners provided LAWYERStv with general management advice and assistance in business development.
