Epic Partners defines education and training to not just the traditional areas (i.e., post-secondary, K-12, childcare and corporate training), but to any area where there is an educational component or process (e.g. tutoring, teacher training, test preparation, educational publishing, student loans, marketing services for educational institutions, educational technology, products and software). Epic Partners generally looks for companies with EBITDA greater than $2 million, although we will consider companies with less. We have no maximum investment size as we have access to capital for investments of all sizes. We will consider both control and non-control, growth capital investments.
